Hi babe. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive if you are located within the US. All international orders vary, but on average take about 9-12 days.
Q: How do I take the capsules?
A: Hi there! The capsules are recommended to be taken twice per day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. We also strongly suggest you pair weight training with this 2-3 times a week. This means lifting at least 20lbs. Also drink plenty of water.
