This product as well as the pills work great for me...previously. That's why I didn't have to think twice about coming back. I'm not a full month in quite yet but however, I can definitely see the change in my appetite. I'm just waiting on the physical change. It's coming. I know it! For me, it works for me to take the pills in the morning and liquid every other night. I will be ready by summer 2025.
